Will you provide a coordinator the day of the event?
We do not offer day of coordination services such as decorating, moving furniture, communicating timelines, or directing parking. We highly recommend you hire a day of coordinator and/or wedding planner from our friends at Your Perfect Bridesmaid to ensure everything runs smoothly!
Do you have required vendors or in-house catering?
We do not have required vendors - all caterers, photographers, DJ's and florists are welcome at Rossi Farms. This is your special day and we want you to celebrate it how you wish! Check out our preferred vendor list of friends that have worked at our venue before!
Do I need event insurance? What about alcohol?
Yes, you will need to obtain your own event insurance. Alcohol must be served by OLCC licensed vendors only and is limited to beer, wine and up to two batched wedding cocktails (no full bars).
Do you provide tablecloths?
No, we have a variety of tables and chairs but no tablecloths.
Can you tell me more about parking?
Yes! We have a lot on-site that can hold plenty of cars. There is also overflow parking on property's north side. Your guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight as long as they're gone first thing in the morning. Uber and Lyft can pick up at our main entrance - we want everyone to get home safe!
Do you book multiple events in one day?
Nope! We only host one event per day.
Can I stop by for a tour?
We would love to show you the property! Tours are by appointment only. Please fill out our contact form and we will reach out to schedule a visit!
